Our Hostel Facility
The school houses to accommodate the strength of the boys. There are two houses in this school. Houses are well designed to make the students feel comfortable. Each house is under the charge of a Housemaster. The Housemaster are directly involved in looking after the day to-day affairs of the house and the welfare of the boys. Each house master's residence is attached to the hostel as tutors to assist the boys in their studies during evening study period. There are Hostel Superintendents to look after the living conditions of boys. All the houses are provided with telephones for the boys to receive calls during prescribed timing. The houses have well maintained toilets and all the required basic amenities
MESS AND BAKERY
Residential boys take their meal in a spacious common dining hall. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is served in the Mess. House Masters dine with the students to ensure polite behaviour and discipline during meals. They also teach the boys proper mess etiquettes and correct table manners meal. Due care is taken to provide a balanced and nutritious diet. The school has its own Bakery to prepare and serve delicious and fresh bread, cake and biscuits for boys.
A part from the teaching schedule of the school, there are supervised self-study periods in the Classrooms / Hostel during afternoons and evenings. There is no self-study period on Sunday evenings.
To ensure the security of pupil, identify cards are issued to Parents/Guardians. The security guards permit only the card holders to enter the campus to meet their words. Visitors may go around campus with the permission of the principal/Director only.
Every boarder has to pay Rs. 500 as pocket money at the time of admission. Pocket money is required to meet boarder's expenses on toilets arises, text books,stationery postage, recreation and items of daily needs. It also covers travelling expenses of the boarders for the journey to homes during vacation and for excursion / study tours.
It is compulsory for all students to wear prescribed uniform. A list of clothing and other requisites is as per Appendix ‘A’. Guardians / Parents will provide their wards with all items of the specified pattern at their wards with all items of the specified pattern at their own cost. Day scholars should be in possession of items at serial number 1 to 13.
Note (i). School tie, belt, diary and identity card will be supplied by the school at the time of admission free of cost and these requisites will be purchased from the school later on. (ii). The items that the wards are deficient of will be arranged by the House Master and the parents will be billed for their cost.
LONG VACATION FOR STUDENTS
(a) Summer vacation 20thMay to18,June 30 days
(b) Puja vacation - October/November 15 days
(c)Holi March - 08 days
(d) Session Break - 26thMarchto2ndApril - 08 days
Vacations are subject to adjustment according to the prevailing situation. Final Days may be communicated later. Boys must be present on the opening day of the School after vacation. Absence on this day will be considered as a serious breach of school discipline.
OFFICE WORKING HOURS
The school office functions from 08:30 hrs. To 13:00 hrs. and 15:00 to 17:00 hrs on all working days.
Well equipped vehicles have been arranged for carrying desirous day scholar students. The guardian/ parent is moderately charged for the fare of the vehicle.
A high capacity generator is available in the school to generate electricity to fulfil all requirements for the uninterrupted studies.
CLOSE CIRCUIT T.V
There is a good arrangement of close circuit T.V. keeping in view to watch the students' and teacher activities in their classes for better result.
